I want a do-over

Sorry to complain...
But this is one of the worst weeks I have experienced in my entire life. :(  First, I killed a puppy.  That super sucked.  And now, my car has been broken into.  Whoever it was, broke the most expensive window you can break on your car and they bent the metal under the window...? like they were trying to pry it out or something? I don't know.  It's so stupid.  There's glass all over my car now and the radio was just ripped out of the dashboard.  All of the trim on the dash was broken and I've just been told that they don't make it anymore so my best bet is to find it in a junk yard.  The window is going to cost like $300 to replace, the radio is probably around $200 and I don't know what the trim will cost.  All I know is that this sucks.  And now I'm afraid because I'm one of those people that believes that bad things come in threes... so what else could possibly happen to me this week?  I'm supposed to leave for Utah on Sunday... ):  PLEASE don't let something bad happen on this trip!!!

I am editing to add that I just remembered I've already had something else bad happen.  I have lost my keys to work and the YW cabinets at church.  That was the start of the 3.  So now I'm good to go!  yay :)

:'(

Yesterday was a fun day... until the end.
We had a combined YM/YW activity.  It was a pool party at my 1st counselors moms house.  The Bishopric came and they BBQ'd some hamburgers and hot dogs for us and we had the greatest turnout that we've had in a long time.  A little puppy showed up and she was one of the friendliest dogs I've ever met.  She gave everyone lots of kisses and we all wanted to take her home with us.  But we figured it was one of the neighbors dogs, so a couple of the kids went to some of the surrounding houses to see who the dog belonged to.  Nobody claimed the dog, and my 1st counselor didn't want the puppy in the backyard because she kept getting into the trash and she was afraid that she would poop.  So we put the puppy out front and closed the gate.
When we were all leaving the puppy was still there, friendly as ever so we said goodbye to her and everyone started to leave.  The kids I was taking home were like the last ones to get changed and stuff so I was waiting around forever. :p  We finally all got into the car and as I was turning my car around I hit a big bump.  And then I heard it.  That poor puppy had been either under or right next to my car and I had just ran her over.  That poor thing yelled so loud. :(  I jumped out of my car and pulled her out from under it.  She was crying and had peed from the trauma of the hit.  The owner came running out of his house and down to us.  He carefully picked her up and as he did she stopped crying and went limp.  I just kept saying I'm so sorry over and over and the man very calmly told me, "it's not your fault".  I could see how sad he was to have lost that sweet little puppy though.  I have never felt so helpless in my entire life.  And I feel awful.  There was absolutely nothing that I could do to help that puppy or to make that situation better.  I know it was an accident, but I just with there was something I could do to make everything all better. :(

Best husband ever

I just wanted to inform everyone that I have the best husband ever.

For me.
Sometimes I really think he's perfect and I wonder what on earth he sees in me.  Then I look in the mirror and I'm like, oh yeah, hahaha KIDDING!!!  For real though, one time we got into an argument about something and he was all
"IF I WERE ANY MORE PERFECT I'D BE JESUS!!!!!"
Gasp!  Blasphemy! haha He's says he was just kidding, but I think sometimes he really does know that he's about perfect.

Okay example.  Remember that creepy creepster that freaked me out?  Well, I don't feel comfortable going running in the morning all by my lonesome anymore, so I begged and pleaded with Jared to go with me.  He isn't a morning person at all (and he covets his morning beauty sleep) and he doesn't like running... Well Guess what.  This stud is totally getting up every morning at 5:30 to go running with me and keep me safe.  He loves me <3

Not working out was one of the only flaws I could come up with for Jared and now I can scratch that one off the list, haha

I'm never growing up

Growing up, I always had a very innocent outlook on life... probably because of how much my parents tried to shelter me from how the world really is.  I thought that everyone was nice and caring and there's no way anyone would intentionally try to hurt you for seemingly no reason at all.  I have since learned that there are malicious people in this world and they want you to be miserable all because they are.  They hate you because you're happy and they are not.  It's really sad.  I also have enough sense now to not just trust everyone I meet.  People do take advantage of others where they can and they will twist conversations to make you look bad and so on and so forth... we've all experienced how cruel people can be.  However, a lot of me still has a 5 year old outlook on life.  I love to have fun, I'm easily amused, I pretty much like everyone that I meet, I LOVE making new friends and I love watching cartoons, listening to fun music and taking naps. :)
I have recently discovered a lady named Frances England.  She sings songs for families and children and I think she just has the most fun, cutest songs ever.  I can't wait until I have children so that I can sing her songs and others with them.
The songs
Family Tree (#5 on the playlist) and
You and Me (#7) are a couple of my favorites

Creepy Creepsters

So this morning I got up at 5:30 and went on a run (I'm trying to get back into being super healthy and working out and eating right and stuff so I can be a hot wife again).  This morning I took my little 3 lb. weights with me so I could get a bunch of arm workouts in while I was out.  Anyway, on my way home as I was turning onto my street, this guy pulled up to the stop sign next to me and was all "hey".

I ignored him because I hate hate hate when boys yell things and crap when I'm out on my run.  I'm trying to work out here!  Just leave me alone!  Usually they just drive off no problem.  Guys are usually pretty good at getting the hint.  Not this guy.  He kept yelling at me and then started honking his horn!  So I turned around to see what's going on.  Maybe he needs directions or something (at 6 in the morning?).  He just waved at me.  So I waved back and kept going.  He started driving slow and was still honking trying to get me to come over and then he drove off.

All I can think about is CSI or Law and Order special victims unit where these girls go running and are abducted and tortured or killed or raped or whatever other terrible things it is that people do.
So I was thinking about all of this when all of the sudden this guy was driving up the street towards me.  WTH?!

Now I was super freaking out because this creepy guy is back AND I was just thinking about creepy stuff.  He stopped across the street from me and was all "hey!" but I kept going and ignored him.  He kept trying to get my attention and I finally turned around and was like, what?  He goes "come here" UH NO!  I kept going.  This guy is seriously creeping me out.  HE FREAKING TURNED AROUND AND CAME BACK.  He's like driving next to me now and I hate it.  You know how when guys think they're awesome and they're trying to hit on a girl they do that weird thing where they nod their head up, oh! Like Joey in Friends when he would tell girls "how you doin'?"  Yeah.  This guy kept doing that.  So I was finally like, "can I help you with something?" and he goes "You're pretty." I was like "Uh... thanks?" and I started going faster because I HATE THIS!  I don't know this guy or what kind of intentions that he could possibly have.  I'm only like a block away from my house at this point, but there was no way I was going into my house while this guy was following me so that he would  know where I live.  He finally drives away and I freaking sprinted to my house.  I did not want to take any chances of that guy coming back and finding me.  Yeah, that's great that he thinks I'm pretty and all but what kind of an impression does he think he's gonna give a girl following her around at 6 'o' clock in the morning?
Jared agreed to go with me tomorrow and I'm taking a different route now.  I definitely don't want to run into this guy again!  I need to get a rape whistle.
