Day 4: A Habit I Wish I Didn't Have
Hmmmm.... let me count the ways, haha. There are many habits in my life that I wish I didn't have, but probably the ONE habit that I would really like to be rid of right now is eating too much and eating things that aren't good for me. If I'm at home for the day and I don't really have anything to do I'll grab some delicious thing that isn't any good for me and I always eat too much of it. I snack way to much and it makes it hard to lose weight for things like... my sisters WEDDING in April! How am I supposed to look like a smokin' hot matron of honor if I've got the after effects of cheetos and In-N-Out on my hips?

I'm the same way... I love snacking on food! And I LOVE candy!
ReplyDeleteHave you checked out livestrong.com? I track my calories on there and I find it helps me stay more accountable for what I eat. (but on the weekends I usually just ignore it).
Yeah I have an account there and I do so good with what I eat during the day... it's when I get home and the weekends that kill me :p And it doesn't help having a husband that can eat EVERYTHING and not gain a pound. Why couldn't I have gotten that kind of a gene?
